Refractory bricks for carbon calcining furnace
Refractory bricks for carbon calcining furnace
Carbon calciner is a high-pressure forming carbon material product. In the absence of air, the carbon baking furnace is indirectly heated at a specified temperature to improve the strength, conductivity and high temperature resistance of carbon products.
Carbon calcining furnace is divided into continuous multi-chamber, closed type and open type. Due to the different high temperatures of various parts of the calcining furnace, the refractory materials used for the tulenkestävät tiilet of the calcining furnace are also different. Such as the brick piers at the bottom of the closed roasting furnace, the pit bricks that bear the weight of the upper masonry and the baked products, and the fire-fighting shaft with a high temperature of 1400 ℃ or more. Therefore, the masonry is mostly made of clay bricks with high mechanical strength and good thermal stability, and the cover of the closed roaster needs to be moved during the production process and is built with light refractory bricks.
The main structure of the carbon calcining furnace includes the bottom of the furnace, the side walls, the fire channel and the connecting fire channel. The furnace bottom is made of light refractory bricks, the material box is made of special clay bricks, the side walls are made of light refractory bricks, and the fire passage and connecting passages are made of special fire passage wall bricks.
