1. 2. 3. The compensation capacitor of the round steel heating furnace should be reasonably configured according to the rated value of the intermediate frequency power supply of the round steel heating furnace. Generally, the capacitor configuration of the round steel heating furnace is 6-12 times of its heating power, so as to ensure that the round steel heating furnace has a reasonable power output.
5. The aging of the thyristor element of the round steel heating furnace, poor contact or damage or disconnection of the thyristor resistance-capacitance absorption circuit, and poor insulation between the turns of the reactor and the load inductor will also cause the round steel heating furnace to overpower. Low.
