Precautions for screw chillers

Screw chiller is a classification of industrial chiller. It can change the temperature of the surrounding environment. It is widely used in food, electroplating, plastic and other production industries.

Are there any precautions for the chiller?

1. The correct startup sequence of screw chiller should be: turn on the chilled water pump first, then turn on the cooling water pump, and after the two water circulation systems are operating normally, press the start button on the chiller control panel.

Button, the compressor will start automatically in sequence after a three-minute delay;

2. When using screw chillers, the refrigeration compressor can only be started after the freezing water system and the cooling water system are operating normally;

3. Don’t adjust the freezing water temperature too low. On the premise of meeting the requirements of use, adjust the freezing water temperature of the chiller as high as possible;

4. The operator can overhaul and maintain the compressor according to the actual hours of use, and can run one refrigeration circuit and stop the other circuit for overhaul;

5. If it is not an emergency, it is not allowed to shut down the unit by cutting off the main power supply; if a short-term shutdown is required (less than 7 days)
