Manufacturing method of handmade refractory bricks
Manufacturing method of handmade batu bata tahan api
The main steps of the manufacturing process of hand-made refractory bricks are:
(1) Filling: take the method of vibrating and compacting to fill the mold with raw materials;
(2) Demolding: After the mold is filled, place it in an environment of 10℃~20℃ for 24 hours and then demold;
(3) Stand still: Use skids to support the refractory bricks and place them in an indoor rain-proof and moisture-proof environment for 14 to 16 days;
(4) Kiln building: Use brick walls to enclose the refractory bricks as the kiln wall, use steel structure lined with refractory fiber blanket as the top cover, set up several sky eyes with a diameter of 100-400mm, and set up a number of stove boxes at one end of the kiln wall One, the other end has a flue gas outlet connected to the external chimney;
(5) Drying: a. Open the sky eye, increase the temperature in the kiln to 90 ℃ ~ 110 ℃ at a heating rate of 4 ℃ ~ 6 ℃ / hour, close the sky eye and keep the temperature for 80 ~ 110 hours; b. Open the sky eye to A heating rate of 4℃~6℃/hour will increase the temperature in the kiln to 145℃~156℃, close the eye and keep this temperature for 80~110 hours; c. Reduce the temperature in the kiln to below 100℃ to complete the drying stage;
(6) Light burning: a. Open the sky eye, increase the temperature in the kiln to 145°C to 156°C at a rate of 8°C to 10°C/hour, close the sky eye and keep it warm for 80 to 110 hours; b. The temperature rises to 220°C to 260°C at a rate of 5°C to 10°C/hour, close the sky eye and keep it warm for 45 to 55 hours; c. Open the sky eye and increase the temperature in the kiln to 330 at a rate of 5°C to 10°C/hour. ℃~360℃, close the sky eye and keep it warm for 85~105 hours; d. Open the sky eye, increase the temperature in the kiln at a rate of 8℃~10℃/hour to 490℃~530℃, close the sky eye and keep it warm for 20~30 hours;
(7) Natural cooling, open the sky eye after the kiln temperature drops to 340℃~360℃; after the kiln temperature drops to 230℃~270℃, open 1/3~1/4 of the kiln door; the kiln temperature drops below 100℃ After the refractory bricks come out of the kiln.
The production of hand-made refractory bricks is often used to make special-shaped refractory bricks or large refractory bricks.
