What are the differences between continuous sintering furnace and vacuum sintering furnace?
Vacuum sintering furnace is a furnace for protective sintering of heated objects in a vacuum environment. There are many heating methods, such as resistance heating, induction heating, and microwave heating. The continuous sintering furnace intelligent temperature meter can perform automatic control functions of heating, temperature control, and cooling, and does not have the function of vacuum atmosphere. In addition, from the perspective of production capacity, continuous sintering furnaces can complete debinding and sintering together. The cycle is much shorter than that of vacuum sintering furnaces, and the output is much greater than that of vacuum sintering furnaces. From the point of view of the product quality after sintering, the quality, appearance and stability of the product fired by the continuous furnace are much higher than that of the vacuum furnace. The density and grain structure are also better. The degreasing section of the continuous furnace must use nitric acid for degreasing. The vacuum sintering furnace has no debinding function, and any degreased product can be sintered in the vacuum sintering furnace.
