Reasons for “no cooling and no alarm” for air-cooled chillers
Reasons for “no cooling and no alarm” for air-cooled chillers
1. Insufficient refrigerant, which is what we often call Freon.
2. The refrigerant leaks, thus not enough to affect the refrigeration;
3. The condenser has not been cleaned for a long time;
4. The infarct of the boring filter. When the filter is blocked, the heat exchange effect of the condenser is affected, and the cooling effect of the parts is not safe.
Disadvantage treatment plan: refrigeration unit
1. It is recommended that the chiller spender install personnel to check for leaks and make up for enough refrigerant.
2. It is recommended that the condenser be cleaned every six months.
3. For areas with poor water quality, it is recommended to do water treatment projects or regularly clean and replace water pipes to ensure the normal operation of air-cooled refrigeration.
