The first point is to choose according to the size of the workpiece. Large workpieces require high equipment power and low frequency. Smaller ones such as pipes and gears are suitable for low power and high frequency.
The second point is to choose according to the heating speed. The higher the power of the induction heating equipment, the faster the heating speed, so it is necessary to choose the appropriate high-frequency quenching equipment according to the situation.
The third point is to choose according to the area and depth of heating. If the area of the workpiece is large and the depth is high, the high-power version should be selected, otherwise, the low-power version should be selected.
The fourth point, according to the continuous task time, if the continuous task time is long, high-power equipment should be selected.
The fifth point is to select the connection interval between the induction components and the equipment. The longer the connection, the higher the power of the heating equipment required.
The sixth point is to choose according to industry requirements. Equipment with low power is often used for quenching and welding, equipment with higher power is often used for annealing and tempering, and equipment with higher power is mostly used for hot forging and smelting.
The seventh point is to choose the properties of the workpiece. Some metals with low melting point require low power, otherwise they need high power. Metals with high resistivity also need low power, and conversely, high-power high-frequency quenching equipment is required.
