Working principle of high frequency induction heating equipment
Working principle of high frequency induction heating equipment
The full name of high-frequency heating machine is “high-frequency induction heating machine”, also known as high-frequency induction heating equipment, high-frequency induction heating device, high-frequency heating power supply, high-frequency power supply, high-frequency welding machine, high-frequency induction heating machine, high-frequency induction heater (Welder), etc. In addition, there are intermediate frequency induction heating equipment and ultra-high frequency induction heating equipment, which have a wide range of applications.
The high-frequency high current flows to the heating coil (usually made of copper tube) which is wound into a ring or other shape. As a result, a strong magnetic flux with instantaneous polarity changes is generated in the coil. When a heated substance such as metal is placed in the coil, the magnetic flux will penetrate the entire heated substance, and a large eddy current will be generated inside the heated substance in the direction opposite to the heating current. Electric current, because the resistance in the heated substance generates Joule heat, the temperature of the substance itself rises rapidly, which is the principle of induction heating.
Induction heating equipment is a high-power electric heating equipment that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to make the workpiece generate an induced current in an alternating magnetic field, and uses the thermal effect generated by the induced current passing through the workpiece to heat the surface, inner hole, part or the whole of the workpiece.
