1. Realisasikan fungsi memberi makan, menyampaikan, memanaskan, pelindapkejutan, pembajaan dan penyejukan paip keluli lancar dengan pelbagai spesifikasi.

2. The highest temperature for normalizing and quenching of steel pipe is 1100℃, generally 850℃~980℃

3. Tempering temperature: 550℃~720℃

4. Suhu pemanasan paip keluli adalah seragam, dan perbezaan suhu maksimum antara bahagian berlainan paip keluli yang sama: pelindapkejutan ±10℃, pembajaan ±8℃, jejari ±5℃

5. Produk yang dipadamkan dan dibaja mematuhi piawaian AP1 dan piawaian perusahaan Anshan Besi dan Keluli.

1.3.2 Equipment parameters and technical requirements of Party B:

1. The quenching and normalizing power is 5000 kw, and the frequency is 1000~1500Hz

2. Kuasa pembajaan ialah 3500 kw, kekerapan ialah 1000~1500Hz

3. Suhu air masuk: 0~35℃

4. Suhu air keluar adalah kurang daripada 55 ℃

5. Tekanan air 0.2~0.3MPa

6. Air pressure 0.4Mpa

7. Gunakan persekitaran:

①Indoor installation: the equipment is well grounded, the grounding color is obviously different from the control line (the grounding color is yellow), its cross-sectional area>4mm2, grounding resistance≯4Ω

②The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters, otherwise the rated use value will be reduced.

③The on-site ambient temperature does not exceed +40℃, and the minimum temperature is -20℃

④The relative air temperature is 85%

⑤No violent vibration, no conductive dust, no corrosive gas and explosive gas

⑥The installation inclination is not more than 5 degrees

a) 5000 kw+3500 kw intermediate frequency power supply, the distribution capacity is not less than 10200 kvA

c) Ketidakseimbangan antara voltan tiga fasa hendaklah kurang daripada ±5%

d) Julat turun naik berterusan voltan grid tidak melebihi ±10%, dan variasi frekuensi grid tidak melebihi ±2 (iaitu, ia hendaklah antara 49-51HZ)

1.3.3. Penunjuk teknikal utama sistem penyejukan air:

1.3.3.1. The medium frequency induction heating power supply, water-cooled cable and capacitor cabinet adopt FL500PB, and the wind-water exchanger is used for cooling.

1.3.3.2. The heating furnace adopts clean circulating water for cooling.

1.3.3.3. The quenching liquid is cooled by a pool and a cooling tower.

1.3.3.4. Isipadu air tambahan bagi kolam cecair pelindapkejutan ialah 1.5-2M3/j.
