Pressure and temperature control of cooling water for billet induction heating furnace
Pressure and temperature control of cooling water for billet induction heating furnace
Coil cooling water pressure and temperature control: In order to ensure the normal operation of the inductor, the coil is cooled by water, the water pressure is about 3 xlO5Pa, and the inlet water temperature does not exceed 35 ℃, but in order to avoid condensation, the inlet water temperature should not be lower than the surroundings Temperature, the outlet water temperature does not exceed 65°C. A pressure gauge is installed on the water inlet side of the coil, which reduces the fixed water pressure for some reason, which will cause the power supply on the sensor to be interrupted through a contact on the pressure gauge. There is a temperature monitor on each waterway of the coil. If the water supply is not enough and the water temperature rises to the specified 65°C, the power supply of the billet induction heating furnace will be cut off by the fault alarm device.
