1. The repairing bricks must be made of the same batch of bricks from the same manufacturer as the old bricks.
2. The cardboard for the expansion joints of the dug and patch bricks must not be torn off, and the dug and patch refractory bricks must be wet-laid (the fullness of the fire mud should be more than 95%. It should be demolished and rebuilt in time.
3. Try to use the remaining loose bricks that were repaired at the same time as the old bricks (note: bricks damaged by dampness or falling are strictly prohibited).
4. The contact surface of new and old bricks must be fired.
5. The sealing of the first few rings of bricks must be inserted from the side, and the bricks of the first ring should be sealed with front inserts.
6. No iron plate can be struck between the interface surface of the new and old refractory bricks.
7. The joints between the bricks on both sides of the lock brick cannot be ironed. The iron plates of two adjacent ring bricks should be staggered. The two sides of the same brick cannot be ironed.
8. The iron plate must be completely driven into the cracks of the bricks.
9. The masonry shall be constructed strictly in accordance with the design brick ratio, and the masonry ratio shall not be changed at will.
10. Do not use (or reduce the use) of processed bricks as much as possible when digging and repairing.
