垃圾焚燒爐的耐火材料如何選擇？

Recently, many customers have inquired about refractory materials for waste incinerators. In view of the selection problems faced by customers, the editor has compiled a list of refractory materials for waste incinerators for reference only. Different types of incinerators have different selections according to their types, temperatures, and parts. Please refer to them carefully.

常見的焚燒爐有分批焚燒爐、爐排焚燒爐、CAO焚燒系統、流化床焚燒爐、迴轉爐焚燒爐等。 垃圾焚燒爐用耐火材料具有以下特點：

① Good volume stability; ② Good high temperature strength and wear resistance; ③ Good acid resistance; ④ Good seismic stability; ⑤ Good corrosion resistance (CO, Cl2, SO2, HCl, alkali metal vapor, etc.) ⑥Good workability (unshaped); ⑦Good heat and heat insulation.

不同的焚燒爐，不同的使用部位，不同的工作溫度，以下選型建議僅供參考：

燃燒室頂板、側壁和燃燒器的工作溫度為1000-1400℃，可使用耐火度為1750-1790℃的高鋁磚和粘土磚，耐火度為1750-1790℃的塑料可使用也可以使用。 ；

爐排側上、中、下部使用溫度1000-1200℃，可採用耐火度1710-1750℃的碳化矽磚或粘土磚，也可採用耐磨澆注料。使用;

二次燃燒室頂、側壁使用溫度為800-1000℃，可採用耐火度低於1750℃的粘土磚或粘土澆注料；

熱交換室的頂壁和側壁以及霧化室的頂、側壁和底部在低於600℃的溫度下使用。 可採用耐火度低於1710℃的粘土磚或粘土澆注料；

將煙道和煙道的使用溫度調整到600℃，選用耐火度低於1670℃的粘土磚或粘土澆注料。

上述焚燒爐耐火材料的選用應根據具體情況而定。 不同類型的焚燒爐應根據設備運行過程中最苛刻的條件，結合各種因素來確定。
