What is the difference between medium frequency induction heating furnace and high frequency induction heating furnace
What is the difference between medium frequency induction heating furnace and high frequency induction heating furnace
From the literal meaning, the main difference between medium frequency induction heating furnace and high frequency induction heating furnace is reflected in the difference in frequency. Select the frequency according to the requirements of heat treatment and heating depth. The higher the frequency, the shallower the heating depth.
The difference between medium frequency induction heating furnace and high frequency induction heating furnace can be understood from three aspects:
1. The difference in frequency range:
(1) Intermediate frequency: The frequency range is generally about 1kHz to 20kHz, and the typical value is about 8kHz.
(2) High frequency: The frequency range is generally about 40kHz to 200kHz, and 40kHz to 80kHz is commonly used.
2. Heating thickness
(1) Intermediate frequency: The heating thickness is about 3-10mm.
(2) High frequency: The heating depth or thickness is about 1-2mm.
Third, the scope of application
(1) Intermediate frequency: mostly used for heating of larger workpieces, large diameter shafts, large diameter thick wall pipes, large modulus gears, etc.
(2) High frequency: It is mostly used for deep heating of small workpieces.
