The installation of the electric furnace must be carried out according to the following procedures:
1. Familiarize yourself with the contents of the manual before installation, and check whether all components are complete.
2. Build the foundation according to the foundation plan, and install the electric furnace on the foundation.
3. Put the crucible into the furnace, pay attention to no gap between the crucible mouth and the deflector, to prevent the aluminum liquid from splashing into the furnace.
4. According to the electric heating element wiring diagram, connect the power cord from the control cabinet and confirm that the electric heating element connection matches the drawing.
5. A reliable grounding wire (including the control cabinet for circuit configuration) should be connected to the grounding device bolt to ensure the safety of the operator.
6. Insert the thermocouple for measuring the temperature of the furnace into the furnace through the thermocouple holder, and fix the thermocouple for measuring the temperature of the molten aluminum according to the installation angle. The thermocouple and the temperature controller are connected with compensation wires.
7. After the furnace body is installed, the levelness of the electric furnace work surface should be corrected.
8. Check whether the terminals of high-frequency power cables, control cabinets, thermocouples and compensation wires are in good contact, and pay attention to the fact that the live parts should not be exposed or short-circuited.
9. Check whether the high-frequency power cord is broken, cracked, severely bent, etc.
