What is the baking process of refractory ramming material?
What is the baking process of refractory ramming material?
1. Adding material: After the knotted refractory ramming material, iron needs to be added for baking. It is required to add bread iron. Fill up the furnace. Never add oily iron pins, iron beans, or mechanical iron. Because the refractory ramming material of the induction furnace is not sintered. Oily materials will emit a lot of smoke and ammonia when heated at high temperature. After high pressure, a lot of smoke and ammonia pressure will be put into the refractory ramming material, and then discharged into the furnace body through the refractory ramming material. After a long time, there will be a lot of smoke residue left in the refractory ramming material, making the refractory ramming material black. The adhesive in the refractory ramming material loses its bonding effectiveness and the furnace lining becomes loose. There is a phenomenon of furnace wear. If there is oily material in the factory, it can be used after the refractory ramming material is completely sintered.
2. Start the induction melting furnace: keep the temperature at the beginning of the current 0.2A for 20 minutes. Incubate at 0.3A for 20 minutes. Incubate at 0.4A for 20 minutes. Incubate at 0.5A for 20 minutes. Incubate at 0.6A for 40 minutes. Then open to normal melting current. Fill the furnace with molten iron. The temperature rises to 1500 degrees-1650 degrees. Keep it warm for 60 minutes. Baking is complete.
3. Precautions for cold stove start: cold stove start. Start with 0.2 for 10 minutes. 0.3 and wait for 10 minutes. 0.4 and wait for 5 minutes. 0.5 and wait for 5 minutes. 0.6 stay for 5 minutes. Then it works normally.
4. Precautions for hot furnace shutdown: hot furnace shutdown. For the last furnace, raise the furnace temperature and clean the glaze around the furnace mouth. The molten iron in the furnace must be poured out. Observe the condition of the furnace wall. The blackened part of the furnace body indicates that the furnace lining has become thinner. Pay attention to this part when you open the furnace next time. Cover the furnace mouth with an iron plate. The lining is gradually shortened.
