The outer diameter of the quenched part of a certain corrugated roll is 360.96mm. After induction quenching with JY8-20 polymer quenching cooling medium, the surface hardness is 58-62HRC, and the depth of the hardened layer is 3mm. More than 5,000 pieces of various corrugated rolls were processed by induction hardening without cracks.
