(1) Fault phenomenon: After the panel power switch is turned on, the panel “power” indicator does not light up

possible reason:

1. The panel power switch is in poor contact.

2. The fuse on the middle board is blown.

Solution:

1. Close and then open, repeat several times.

2. Replace the fuse.

Note: This phenomenon occurs when the power switch is used for a long time or the power switch is used too frequently. If necessary, please ask a professional electrician to replace the power switch of the same type.

(2) Fault phenomenon: After the panel power switch is turned on, the panel “water pressure” indicator light is on.

Possible cause: Cooling water is not turned on or the water pressure is too low.

Solution:

1. Turn on the cooling water.

2. Increase the water pressure.

(3) Fault phenomenon: After stepping on the foot switch, the “work” indicator light does not light up.

possible reason:

1. The lead wire of the foot switch falls off.

2. The AC contactor is not pulled in or the contacts are in poor contact.

3. The sensor is in poor contact.

Solution:

1. Reduce the number of turns of the inductor.

2. Restart to work normally.

3. Grinding or pickling at the joint.

4. Contact the maintenance personnel.

Note: Occasionally not working is normal.
