Selection criteria for induction heaters
The selection of induction heaters and induction heating power sources generally requires the following parameters:
First: the shape of the workpiece to be heated, the outer dimensions, and the weight of the workpiece to be heated.
Second: the material composition of the heated workpiece (generally induction heating, only for metal conductors and non-metal conductors such as graphite).
Third: the time and target temperature required for the heating of the heated workpiece.
Once the above three points are clarified, the induction heating equipment can be selected, including matching power.
