What should be paid attention to during shaft quenching operation?

When the simultaneous heating and quenching method is adopted, the speed generally used is 60~360r/min. When the shaft diameter is large, the linear speed is large, and the rotation speed can be lower; on the contrary, the rotation speed can be higher. When 0. the shaft is continuously quenched, the rotation speed of the shaft should be proportional to the downward movement speed. The general axis movement speed is 1~24mm/s.
