Why does the induction melting furnace always burn through the same thyristor?

Why does the induction melting furnace always burn through the same thyristor?

Under the premise that the waterway is unblocked and the installation of the radiator and thyristor (thyristor) meets the standard, the same thyristor will always be burnt through

Check as follows:

1. Is the resistance-capacitance absorption circuit corresponding to the thyristor open (the resistor or capacitor is internally open)?

2. Check the pulse power amplifier board corresponding to the thyristor. Are the resistors, capacitors and diodes on it, including the pulse transformer itself intact?

3. Pay special attention: the light-emitting diode of the pulse transformer cannot determine whether the pulse transformer is intact. Need to replace with a new pulse transformer.

4. Check whether the output terminal corresponding to the trigger line of the thyristor is loose.
