What is the difference between medium frequency induction heating equipment and high frequency induction heating equipment?

The working principle of medium frequency induction heating equipment is the same as that of high frequency induction heating equipment. The difference is in frequency.

Below 500hz is the power frequency,

Usually 500hz–8Khz is called an intermediate frequency, and the switching element of the power supply is mainly a thyristor.

10khz-100khz is called super audio frequency, and the switching element is mainly IGBT.

100khz-200khz is called high frequency; 200khz–1Mhz is ultra-high frequency, and the switching device is mainly a field effect tube (MOSFET).

Below 10k is intermediate frequency; 10k—35k is super audio; 50–200 is high frequency; above 200 is ultra high frequency.
