How to extend the service life of SMC insulation board

①. The SMC insulation board should avoid direct sunlight or sharp metal punctures, and avoid too close to the heat source (heating, etc.) during storage to avoid aggravating aging and deterioration, thereby reducing the insulation function.

② When in use, the ground should be flat and free of sharp and hard objects. In addition, when cracks, scratches, and thinning of the thickness of the SMC insulation board are found to be insufficient to ensure the insulation function during use, they should be replaced in time.

③. SMC insulation board should be kept dry and clean. Take care to avoid contact with acids, alkalis and various oils to avoid aging, cracking or stickiness after corrosion, thereby reducing the insulation function.
