Block marks caused by erosion of the inner wall of the lining of induction melting furnaces and methods for repairing the marks

Remedy:

1. Drill some small holes of φ3 to φ4mm in the crucible mold, the hole distance is 225mm, in order to facilitate the evaporation of water;

2. Use the coil as the reference surface, so that the insulation and thermal insulation materials should be laid concentric with it, and the joints of the insulation and thermal insulation materials should be staggered to facilitate the integrity.
