3. Do not cut off the switch during sampling: When sampling, the switch must be cut off, otherwise an electric shock may occur. The temperature of the box-type resistance furnace is very high. Generally, you can feel the temperature of the resistance furnace at a distance of one meter from the box. Therefore, you must wear gloves when sampling, and if necessary, wear a certain amount of work clothes with good thermal insulation. In order to consider the life of the resistance furnace, it is necessary to push out the heating in time after the sampling is completed, otherwise the excessive temperature will melt the internal components, so that the life will be greatly reduced.
4. Adjust the temperature to the maximum control temperature of the box-type resistance furnace: Remember, never adjust the temperature to the maximum control temperature of the resistance furnace, otherwise the resistance furnace may explode and other safety hazards.
