The properties of magnesium iron spinel refractories

After the Cao in the clinker comes into contact with the cement clinker, it reacts with the Fe2O3 in the magnesite brick to form C2F. C2F has a low melting point and magnesite has a good wetting effect. Under certain conditions, cement clinker bonds with magnesia refractories, and more clinker bonds to form a solid kiln shell. Due to the protection of the kiln skin, the disadvantages of poor ablation resistance and sensitivity to atmospheric changes are avoided, and the service life is long.
