What are the daily and regular maintenance contents of the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace?

1. Daily maintenance content (to be performed every day)

1. Thoroughly remove the oxidized slag accumulated in the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace, and carefully check whether there are cracks and breakages in the insulation lining. If problems are found, repair them in time.

2. Check the waterway to ensure that the waterway is unimpeded, the return water is sufficient, there is no leakage, and the inlet water temperature is not greater than 35 degrees Celsius. If the problem is found, deal with it in time.

3. Observe the appearance of the varistor, protection resistor and capacitor in the intermediate frequency power supply cabinet, whether the fastening bolts are loose, whether the solder joints are desoldered or weakly welded, and whether the intermediate frequency capacitor electrolyte leaks. If any problems are found, notify the maintenance personnel in time.

2. Regular inspection and maintenance content (once a week)

1. Check the connection terminals of the control circuit, intermediate frequency capacitors, bronze plates and bolts at all parts of the reactor. Fasten in time if it is loose. 2. Clean the oxide scale inside and outside the lower furnace frame. Eliminate dust in the power cabinet, especially outside the thyristor core.

3. Replace aging and cracked water pipes and rubber in time. For this reason, the following specific requirements are put forward for the inverter thyristor to be replaced: on-state step-down >3V, tolerance 0.1~0.2V; gate resistance 10~15Ω, trigger current 70~100mA.
