How to make water-cooled cables for induction melting furnaces?
The joint of the water-cooled cable of the induction furnishing melting is crimped with the copper stranded wire by a cold pressing forming process. The outer casing of the water-cooled cable adopts a special high-strength rubber tube and is equipped with an anti-scalding sheath. It can withstand 0.5Mpa water pressure without leakage or rupture, and issue a 4-hour water pressure test report when leaving the factory.
The water-cooled cable of the induction melting furnace should be equipped with a circular arc transition bracket. During the operation of the furnace body, the large circular arc transition of the cable can avoid the occurrence of blockage, and can reduce the additional force when turning over. The cable should be easy to replace, and special tools should be provided to carry the torque. The cable position should be reasonable and well protected to prevent damage to the cable caused by steel leakage or molten steel overflow.
Each cable cooling water plus a temperature measuring device can be displayed on the computer screen and has an alarm function.
