Use performance of phlogopite refractory mica tape

Phlogopite fire-resistant mica tape has good fire resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, corona resistance, radiation resistance and other properties. The fire test shows that the mica tape is wound on the gold wire cable and can guarantee no breakdown for 90 minutes under the condition of 840°C and 1000 v voltage.

A. Double mica fire-resistant mica tape: using phlogopite paper as the base material and glass fiber cloth as the double-sided reinforcement material, it is mainly used as the fire-resistant insulation layer between the core wire of the fire-resistant cable and the outer shell. Good fire resistance, suitable for general engineering.

B. Single-sided phlogopite fire-resistant mica tape: Using phlogopite paper as the base material and glass fiber cloth as the single-sided reinforcement material, it is mainly used for the fire-resistant insulation layer of fire-resistant cables. Good fire resistance, suitable for general engineering.

C. Three-in-one phlogopite fire-resistant mica tape: using phlogopite paper as the base material, glass fiber cloth and non-carbon film as single-sided reinforcement materials, mainly used for the fire-resistant insulation layer of fire-resistant cables. Good fire resistance, suitable for general engineering.
