The oven time should be 200°C and 4 hours at room temperature. 200°C to 600°C for 4 hours. When in use, the furnace temperature should not exceed the rated temperature to avoid burning the heating element. It is forbidden to inject various liquids and easily soluble metals into the furnace. The high temperature experimental furnace works at 50°C lower than the high temperature, and the furnace life is long at this time.

2. The high temperature experimental furnace and controller need to work in a place where the relative humidity does not exceed 85%, and there is no conductive dust, explosive gas or corrosive gas. When it is necessary to heat metal materials such as grease, a large amount of volatile gas will affect and corrode the surface of the electric heating element to destroy and shorten the life. Therefore, when heating, it should be prevented and sealed in time or properly opened and eliminated.

3. The controller of the high-temperature experimental furnace should be limited to the ambient temperature range of 0-40°C.

4. The thermocouple should not be pulled out at high temperature to prevent the jacket from bursting.

5. According to technical requirements, regularly check whether the wiring of each electric furnace and controller is good, whether the indicator pointer is stuck when moving, and use a potentiometer to check the instrument due to magnet, demagnetization, wire drawing and shrapnel. Errors caused by fatigue, balance damage, etc. increase.

6.Always keep the walls and chambers of the high-temperature furnace clean, and remove oxides in the furnace in time.
