A. Product structure type:

The outer rubber layer To protect the steel wire from damage, the steel wire (φ0.3-2.0 reinforced steel wire) layer is the framework material for reinforcement.
B. Product use:
High-pressure steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is mainly used for mine hydraulic supports and oilfield mining. It is suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and various industrial sectors mechanized and automated hydraulic systems Medium to transport petroleum-based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water) and liquids with a certain pressure (higher pressure) and temperature For transmission, the high working pressure can reach 70-100MPa.
Note: The company’s steel wire spiral hose standard refers to the GB/T10544-03 standard, DIN20023, and SAE100R9-13 standards. This standard is not suitable for castor oil-based and grease-based liquids.
C. Product features:
1. The hose is made of synthetic rubber and has oil and heat resistance.
2. The hose has high pressure and impulse performance.
3. The tube body is tightly combined, soft in use, and small in deformation under pressure.
4. The hose has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance.
5. The fixed length of the steel wire wound hose is 20 meters, and it can be made within 50 meters according to the requirements.
6. Applicable temperature: -30~+120℃
