Detailed introduction of billet induction heating furnace configuration
1. Cooling water system: The billet induction heating furnace adopts closed return water. Install a temperature sensor at each water outlet of the power cabinet, and an intermediate frequency alarm will be given when the water temperature exceeds the rated temperature.
2. The master switch of the billet induction heating furnace: AC contactor is used as the master switch, and the external power frequency power line is introduced from the bottom of the cabinet. There are maintenance lights in the cabinet.
3. Operation panel of billet induction heating furnace: The panel is equipped with five meters including DC voltage, DC current, intermediate frequency voltage, intermediate frequency frequency and intermediate frequency power. Equipped with AC split/close, intermediate frequency start/stop, fault reset button, overcurrent, overvoltage indicator lights and power adjustment potentiometer. The power output of the inverter can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 10% to 100%.

- 、钢坯感应加热炉操作面板:面板上装有直流电压、直流电流、中频电压、中频频率和中频功率等五块表。装有交流分/合、中频启动/停止、故障复位按扭,过流、过压指示灯及调功电位器。变频器的功率输出可在 10%~100%范围内任意可调。
