4. The 1200℃ high-aluminum bright wire liner is strong and wear-resistant. It can be seen that the furnace wire passes through the middle of the liner and generates heat evenly around the upper, lower, left, and right sides. The temperature fluctuation is small. The S index thermocouple is sensitive and the inner liner has an air inlet hole behind it. .

5. 1300℃ energy-saving fiber liner filaments are hung on the inner wall of the liner. The left and right back three sides heat up quickly. The rapid cold and hot-resistant filaments are easy to replace. The S-graded thermocouple is sensitive and has air inlets at the back of the liner.

6. The insulation layer is filled with high-quality high-temperature cotton, with a thickness of more than 10cm, which has a good insulation effect and reduces heat dissipation and energy consumption.
