Yadda ake zaɓar abubuwan da aka sarrafa silicon daidai don injin wutar lantarki
Madaidaicin zaɓi na na’urorin lantarki masu ƙarfi kamar thyristors da masu gyara suna da mahimmanci don tabbatar da amincin tanderun narkewa da rage farashin tanderun narkewa. Zaɓin abubuwan da aka gyara yakamata yayi la’akari da dalilai kamar yanayin amfani da shi, hanyar sanyaya, nau’in kewayawa, kaddarorin kaya, da sauransu, da kuma la’akari da tattalin arzikin ƙarƙashin yanayin tabbatar da cewa ma’aunin abubuwan da aka zaɓa suna da tabo.

1 Zaɓin na’urar kewayawa mai gyara

Tsammanin cewa matsakaicin nauyin halin yanzu na da’irar gyara shine Id kuma ingantaccen ƙimar halin yanzu da ke gudana ta kowace na’ura shine Kid , ƙimar halin yanzu na na’urar da aka zaɓa yakamata ya zama:

Kfd shine ƙididdigar ƙididdiga. Don kusurwar sarrafawa α = 0O , ana nuna ƙimar Kfd a ƙarƙashin nau’i-nau’i daban-daban na gyarawa a cikin Table 1 .
