Method for installing furnace bottom grounding probe in इंडक्शन पिघलने वाली भट्टी

The induction melting furnace is equipped with a professional early warning system for furnace leakage and furnace wear. This is a safety barrier and must not be sloppy. The availability of the grounding probe must be ensured before the furnace is built.

1. Lift the furnace bottom push block to the furnace bottom, align it with the grounding probe hole and place it steadily.

2. Put the ground probe into the ground probe hole and turn the furnace body to a suitable position.

3. Connect the grounding wire of the furnace body to the grounding probe, generally use more than 2 screws to ensure that the grounding wire is stable and does not fall off.

4. Connect the probe and the stove with a testing tool, check whether the GND connection is normal, and then perform the follow-up work of knotting the furnace lining.

5. Bend the stainless steel wire on the probe by 300mm to prepare for knotting the furnace bottom.
