If the power of the induction heating furnace does not indicate that the parameters of the equipment are not adjusted properly, what are the factors that affect the power of the equipment?

1. The induction coil does not match the power supply: the frequency of the induction coil measured with an oscilloscope is not within a reasonable range, and a high-frequency or low-frequency alarm appears on the power supply panel.

2. The load is too light or too heavy: If the workpiece heated by the equipment is too large or too small, it will cause the equipment to be overloaded or lightly loaded.

3. The rectifier part is not adjusted properly, the rectifier tube is not fully turned on, and the DC voltage does not reach the rated value, which affects the power output.

4. If the intermediate frequency voltage value is adjusted too high or too low, the power output will be affected.

5. Improper adjustment of the cut-off and cut-off voltage values makes the power output low.

6. If the compensation capacitor is configured too much or too little, the power output with the best electrical and thermal efficiency will not be obtained, that is, the best economic power output will not be obtained.

7. The distributed inductance of the intermediate frequency output circuit and the additional inductance of the resonance circuit are too large, which also affects the maximum power output.
