Special precautions for the graphite crucible of the buffer modulated wave melting aluminum furnace:

1 Be careful not to give mechanical impacts, do not fall from a high place or hit;

2 Don’t get wet by water, store in a dry place;

3 After the building is melted and dried, do not expose it to water;

4 After stopping the furnace, the aluminum and copper materials should be removed as much as possible, and no residual liquid should be left in the crucible;

5 The use of acid compound (slag remover, etc.) needs to be appropriate to avoid corroding the crucible. Excessive use will cause the crucible in the bedroom to crack;

6 Do not hit the crucible when putting in the raw materials, and do not use mechanical force.

8.2 Storage and handling

8.2.1 The graphite crucible is afraid of water, so it is absolutely necessary to avoid moisture and being drenched by water;

8.2.2 Pay attention to scratches on the surface, and do not put the crucible directly on the floor;

8.2.2 Do not roll horizontally on the floor. When pushing and turning on the ground, you need to pad soft things such as thick cardboard or rags on the ground to avoid scratching the bottom;

8.2.3 Please pay special attention when transporting, do not drop or hit;
