Classification of screw chillers

The screw chiller gets its name because it uses a screw compressor. Its refrigeration power is greater than that of a scroll chiller, and it is mainly used in chemical plants, ink printing plants, automobile manufacturers or Central air-conditioning system or other large-scale industrial refrigeration. Today, Shenchuangyi will give a brief introduction to the classification of screw chillers.

1. According to different heat dissipation methods, it is divided into water-cooled screw chiller and air-cooled screw chiller; the configuration of water-cooled screw chiller and air-cooled screw chiller are the same, and they are all compressed

Composed of machine, evaporator, condenser, refrigeration accessories, electric control system, etc., but their condenser types are different;

2. According to the temperature range of the water supply, it is divided into: industrial screw chiller, medium temperature screw chiller, and low temperature screw chiller. Industrial screw chillers can provide 5～15℃ chilled water,

The outlet temperature of the medium temperature screw chiller is -5℃～-45℃, and the outlet temperature of the low temperature screw chiller is -45℃～-110℃;

3. According to the sealed structure of the compressor, it is divided into open type, semi-closed type and fully enclosed type;

4. According to the structure of the evaporator, it is divided into ordinary type and full liquid type;

5. According to different refrigerants, it can be divided into R134a and R22.
