Pay attention to the principle of order, cross, and evenness. Then use the side hammer to vibrate 3 times, which takes 5-10 minutes. After vibrating, the surface is loosened by 5-10mm.

e From the second floor to the top of the furnace, repeat the above operation.

f Knotted to 1/3 height, the wedges can be removed.

g The lining must be finished at one time, and it is strictly forbidden to stop the lining, because this material has strong moisture absorption, and the large dust and debris in the foundry will affect the life of the lining.

j The lower part of the burner nozzle can be covered with a layer of dry material of 10-20mm lining material, and other parts can be constructed by adding water glass and water to the lining material.
