Metal melting furnace fault indicator description

The indicator light of the metal melting furnace determines the cause of the failure and takes corresponding measures. The metal melting furnace is equipped with five types of faults: overcurrent, overvoltage, lack of phase, and undervoltage (undervoltage).

①Over-current failure: The power failure light HL3 on the power supply cabinet is on; the induction melting furnace is inverted (a=150°) and is in a shutdown state; the “over-current” LED on the main control board is on.

②Overvoltage failure: The power failure light HL3 on the power supply cabinet is on; the induction melting furnace pulls the inverter (a = 150°) and is in a shutdown state; the “overvoltage” LED on the main control board is on.

③ Phase failure: The power failure light HL3 on the power supply cabinet is on; the induction melting furnace is inverted (a = 150°), and it is in a shutdown state; the “phase failure” light-emitting tube on the main control board is on.

④Water shortage fault: The power failure light HL3 on the power supply cabinet is on; the induction melting furnace is pulled inverted (a=150°) and is in a shutdown state; the “water pressure” light-emitting tube on the main control board is on.

⑤Undervoltage fault: The power fault light HL3 on the power supply cabinet is on; the induction melting furnace pulls the inverter (a = 150°) and is in a shutdown state; the “undervoltage” LED on the main control board is on.
