Main features of high-aluminum castables

1. Low cement content in the castable, that is, low calcium oxide content, will reduce the production of low and medium melts of the material, thereby increasing the fire resistance, high temperature strength and slag resistance of the product.

2. The mixing water consumption of the castable is only about 2 minutes of the ordinary castable, and the density and porosity of the castable have been improved.

3. After molding and curing, less cement hydrate is produced. During heating and baking, there is no large amount of water loss, and the strength at medium temperature decreases, but as the temperature rises, it gradually sinters and the strength continues to increase.
