Analysis of the refrigeration principle of industrial chillers
Analysis of the refrigeration principle of өнеркәсіптік салқындатқыштар
The compressor starts to compress the refrigerant after it is started. Of course, it sucks in the refrigerant from its suction side. After the compressor of the refrigerator compresses, it forms a high-temperature and high-pressure gas. Note that when it is sucked in, it is also a gas, which passes through the work of the refrigerator compressor. After the cavity is compressed into high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas, it is discharged through the discharge end of the compressor.
The discharged refrigerant gas will enter the condenser through the refrigerant pipeline. After entering the condensation process, due to the high temperature and high pressure of the refrigerant, the refrigerant will use the condenser to dissipate heat. The condenser is a heat exchange device through cooling water or air. (Air forced convection) These two heat dissipation media conduct heat conduction.
After the heat is dissipated, the refrigerant will change from refrigerant gas to refrigerant liquid due to the temperature drop, and then enter the thermal expansion valve. The expansion valve (the thermal expansion valve is generally used) is a throttling and pressure reduction component, which depends on the temperature and The pressure is different, and the valve ports of different sizes are opened. After passing through the expansion valve, the refrigerant liquid is no longer a low-temperature and high-pressure liquid after condensation, but a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid.
After that, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid passes through the evaporator of the freezer. The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant passes through the evaporation process of the evaporator to generate cold energy, and then the cold energy is imparted to the chilled water, and the chilled water is used as the refrigerant to transport the cold to the final Equipment or cooling target!
