(6) Do not pour the molten iron if it is not enough.

7. The casting must be accurate and stable, and it is not allowed to pour molten iron into the sand box from the riser and watch the molten iron.

8. When molten iron is poured into the sand mold, it is necessary to ignite the exhaust gas discharged from the steam hole, riser and box seam at any time to avoid poisonous gas and molten iron splashing and hurting people.

9. The remaining molten iron should be poured into the prepared iron mold or sand pit. It is not allowed to pour on the sand pile and the ground to prevent the molten iron from exploding and hurting people. The molten iron flowing on the ground due to fire running or other reasons shall not be covered with sand before it is solidified, and should be removed in time after solidification.

10. All equipment should be checked for safety and reliability before use, and cleaned up after use.
