Introduction to the basic structure of 1700℃ box-type atmosphere furnace
Sealing system: The furnace door is squeezed and sealed with a silicone O-ring, which is easy to remove and can be removed repeatedly. It has good air tightness and can ensure that the pointer of the pressure gauge does not deflect for 8 hours.
Vacuum system: The atmosphere box furnace can be pre-evacuated to accelerate the cleaning of the air in the furnace.
Furnace material: high-quality ceramic fiber furnace material is used, which does not drop powder, has good insulation performance, high reflectivity, balanced temperature field, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.
Heating elements: All 1800 type Dia7mm heating rods are used, the surface load of the rods is low, and the service life is long.
Leakage protection function: The furnace is equipped with a leakage air switch, which automatically cuts off the power when the furnace body leaks to ensure the safety of use.
Gas supply system: The furnace is equipped with a float flow meter, and customers can control the gas flow rate through the float flow meter or the proton flow meter.
Software control system: The furnace is equipped with a communication interface and software, which can directly control the parameters of the furnace through the computer, and can observe the PV and SV temperature values on the furnace and the operation of the instrument from the computer. The actual temperature rise curve of the furnace will be monitored by the computer. Real-time drawing, and can save the temperature data at each moment, can be recalled at any time.
Furnace door protection system: The furnace is equipped with a travel switch, which automatically cuts off the power when the furnace door is opened, effectively ensuring the safety of users.
Additional configuration:
1. Optional different types of vacuum units.
2. Optional glass rotor flowmeter or mass flowmeter and inlet and outlet pipes.
3. Installation, commissioning and training.
