Muffle furnace temperature and time setting

The reference and setting of the muffle furnace temperature and constant temperature time are as follows:

1) If the muffle furnace has no constant temperature timing function:

Click the “Set” button to enter the temperature setting state. The display window shows the prompt “SP”, while the lower display shows the temperature setting value (the first digit flashes), which can be moved, increased or decreased. Modify to the required setting value; Click the “Set” button to exit the setting state, and the modified setting value will be automatically saved. In this setting state, if no key is pressed within 1 minute, the controller will automatically return to the normal display state.

2) If there is a constant temperature timing function

Click the “Set” button to enter the temperature setting state, the display window displays the “SP” prompt, the lower row displays the temperature setting value (the first digit flashes), the modification method is the same as above; Then click the “Set” button to enter the constant temperature time setting state, and the display window displays “ST” prompt, the lower row displays the constant temperature time setting value (the first digit flashes); then click the “set” button to exit the setting state. The modified settings will be automatically saved.

When the constant temperature time is set to “0”, it means that there is no timing function, the controller runs continuously, and the lower limit of the display window displays the temperature set value. When the set time is not “0”, the lower part of the display window displays the running time or temperature. Set value (please refer to 7. Run-time display mode (value of parameter ndt) in internal parameter table 2. When the running time is displayed, the “run time” character will light up, and when the measured temperature reaches the set temperature, it will count The device starts timing, the “run time” character flashes, the time is up, the operation ends, the lower display shows “End”, the buzzer buzzes, and the beep lasts for 1 minute, and then stops. After the operation is completed, Press and hold the “Decrease” button for 3 seconds to restart the operation.

Note: If you increase the temperature setpoint during this period, the meter will restart from 0. If the temperature setpoint decreases, the temperature setpoint will decrease.
