How to solve the condensed water in the chiller?

Condensation water is caused by the large temperature difference between inside and outside, which can be solved by three methods:

1. Lower the ambient temperature

Reducing the ambient temperature can not only avoid the large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the pipeline and the inside and outside of the condenser, but also improve the overall cooling efficiency of the chiller.

2. Lower the cooling temperature

Reducing the cooling temperature can reduce the temperature difference between the operating temperature of the computer room and the inside of the pipe, thereby avoiding condensation problems. However, lowering the refrigeration temperature may cause the chiller to be unable to meet the enterprise’s demand for cooling capacity and cooling efficiency.

3. Cover the pipes with condensed water with insulation cotton

Covering the place where condensed water occurs is the most common and effective method. It can be said that after the ice water machine is installed and used normally, the company should install insulation cotton for the relevant parts of the ice water machine!
