How to check daily minor faults in industrial chillers?
How to check daily minor faults in industrial chillers?
1. Leakage
Qualified and regular chiller and chiller manufacturers and installation workers will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the environment, circuit and power supply required by the customer before installing the chiller. If the circuit environment does not meet the installation standards, the manufacturer will recommend The customer changes the installation location, or raises the environment to the standard line.
Inspection method: The manufacturer is required to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the installation location with a power detector before installation, and arrange for relevant staff during daily use to check whether the exposed wires of the chiller are aging or eaten by rats, etc.;
2. Water leakage
Household air conditioners may have a ticking sound of water leakage after a long period of use. I believe that many customers and friends have encountered it. The same situation occurs in industrial refrigerators during the refrigeration process, but this is not after a long period of use. It is caused by the installation personnel of some manufacturers not standardizing the installation.
Inspection method: After the staff has installed the industrial refrigerator, test the machine first, run it for about half an hour to an hour, and check whether there is any dripping or leaking. In daily work, the staff in charge of the freezer can also check regularly, pour a certain amount of water into the internal machine, and check whether the water flows out through the downpipe;
3. Fluoride leakage
The most important thing about an industrial refrigerator is its refrigeration effect. If fluorine leaks, the refrigeration effect will be greatly reduced, and it will even affect the production work of the workshop or plant. If the joints of the chiller are not tightened, cracked, etc., fluorine leakage will occur. If the chiller leaks fluorine, the user must frequently replenish it. Normally, the chiller in normal use does not need to add refrigerant for several years.
Inspection method: Check whether the ports, pipes, and valves of the industrial refrigerator are tightened or broken; after installation, the installer can check for fluorine leakage. If any fluorine leakage is found, the manufacturer should deal with it as soon as possible, so as not to affect normal Work.
