The solution to the high temperature box-type resistance furnace not heating up
The solution to the high temperature box-type resistance furnace not heating up
①The power supply voltage is normal, the controller works normally, and the ammeter has no display. It may be that the electric furnace wire of the high temperature box-type resistance furnace is open, which can be checked with a multimeter and replaced with the electric furnace wire of the same specification.
②The power supply voltage is normal, and the controller cannot work. The switch, fuse and the trip switch of the furnace door can be inspected and repaired inside the controller. If the furnace door of the electric furnace is not closed and the controller cannot work, it needs to be repaired according to the repair method of the controller failure.
③Failure of the power supply: it works normally when it is not connected to the electric furnace, but it does not work normally when it is connected to the electric furnace, and there is a continuous clicking sound in the controller. The reason is that the voltage drop of the power supply circuit of the high temperature box-type resistance furnace is too large, or the socket and the control switch are not in good contact, which can be adjusted or replaced.
