Maintenance methods and repair skills of vacuum furnace sintering furnace

1. The furnace body, instrument and control cabinet should be maintained and kept clean in time.

2. Do not store flammable, explosive or magnetic items around the sintering furnace.

3. The surface paint of the furnace shell should be kept intact and painted regularly to prevent corrosion.

4. When the furnace temperature is higher than 400 degrees Celsius, the furnace door must not be opened.

5. The operating temperature must not exceed the rated temperature of the sintering furnace.

6. The sealing of the furnace mouth should be checked and repaired regularly.

7. The mechanical transmission parts should be lubricated regularly.

8. Regularly check whether the graphite heater terminal is clamped, and tighten it in time to prevent loosening.

9. Do not bring the workpiece with corrosive substances and moisture into the sintering furnace for heating.

10. Once the graphite heaters are connected to each other, they should be separated in time after power off.

11. Regularly remove the residual oxide scale and other impurities at the bottom of the furnace.
