1. The measurement of the furnace temperature uniformity of the vacuum brazing furnace is different from that of the ordinary furnace. During the measurement, the vacuum degree and the pressure rise rate under the normal working conditions of the furnace body must be ensured to accurately measure the furnace temperature.

2. Because the heat transfer mode of the vacuum brazing furnace is different from that of the ordinary furnace, the actual temperature measurement process shows that the temperature value of the controlled thermocouple is quite different from the temperature value of the thermocouple measured in the effective heating zone at the initial stage of heat preservation.

3. In the vacuum working state, the temperature deviation of the effective heating zone can reach ±5°C within the normal holding time, which meets the needs of the process.

4. Remove the measuring thermocouple from the temperature measuring flange, and take care to take it straight when pulling it out to prevent it from breaking and damaging the thermocouple.
