တစ်ခုရွေးချယ်နည်း သော induction မီးဖိုထဲ?

A. Induction မီးဖို အမျိုးအစားခွဲခြားခြင်း-

Induction မီးဖိုများကို induction အပူပေးမီးဖိုများ၊ induction အရည်ပျော်မီးဖိုများ၊ နှင့် quenching နှင့် tempering ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလိုင်းများကို အမျိုးအစားသုံးမျိုးခွဲခြားထားသည်။

B. induction မီးဖို၏ဖွဲ့စည်းမှု-

1 ။ အဆိုပါ induction အပူမီးဖို induction coil၊ furnace frame၊ bottom bracket, furnace mouth plate, bakelite board, copper water nozzle, throat hoop, cooling water channel, copper screw, bakelite column, connecting row, furnace lining material, temperature တိုင်းကိရိယာနှင့် ရေအအေးပေးခြင်းတို့ဖြင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းထားသည်။ သံလမ်း စသည်တို့၊

2 ။ အဆိုပါ သော induction အရည်ပျော်မီးဖိုထဲ induction coil၊ fixed furnace frame၊ rotating furnace frame၊ steel platform, bakelite column, copper screw, water nozzle, cooling pipeline, water bag, furnace leakage alarm device, magnetic yoke, and magnetic yoke pressing bolt တို့ နဲ့ ဖွဲ့စည်းထားပါတယ်။ အပူချိန်တိုင်းကိရိယာ၊ မီးဖိုတွင်းအင်္ဂတေပစ္စည်းများ နှင့် ရုန်းအား မော်တာ။

3 ။ အဆိုပါ မီးငြှိမ်းသတ်ခြင်းနှင့်အပူထိန်းထုတ်လုပ်မှုလိုင်း induction coil၊ furnace frame၊ bottom bracket၊ furnace mouth plate၊ conveying roller၊ cooling water ring, water supply pipe, water nozzle, bakelite board, bakelite column, copper bar, connecting rail, coil temperature measurement devices, etc.

C. Induction မီးဖို ‍အပူအပူချိန်-

1. induction အပူပေးမီးဖို၏အပူအပူချိန် 1200 ℃

2. induction အရည်ပျော်မီးဖို၏အပူအပူချိန် 1700 ℃

1. quenching နှင့် tempering ထုတ်လုပ်မှုလိုင်း၏အပူအပူချိန် 300 ℃ – 1100 ℃
